Yes, we can direct your existing toll-free number to our service. The process is simple. We first have you fill out a RespOrg form with your information about your current toll-free number, then we take care of the rest. The process typically takes 7-10 days to process.

The transfer process will be completely seamless to your callers. As soon as you sign up, your service with us will be active. We assign you a temporary toll-free number so you can begin to setup and configure your system while you're waiting for your existing toll-free number to be transferred. Once your existing toll-free number is successfully transferred, it will simply replace the temporary number with all of the settings you've already configured.
