All our virtual phone systems are priced with a base monthly rental.  Any toll free usage over the plan included minutes will be billed at the plan overage rate. All calls are billed in 6-second increments.
 
When a call is made from a pay phone to a toll-free number a 54¢ surcharge is incurred.  This is mandated by the FCC and we pass this charge on to you at cost.  We can block these pay phone calls for you if you wish.
 
There are no additional taxes or hidden fees associated with our service. What is explained here is what you'll see on your bill, no surprises.
