When you answer a Freedom800® forwarded call, you'll have the option to accept or reject the call before being connected. Call Announce
Call announce allows you to label extensions so when you pick up a call, you'll know which extension the call is coming from. Easily answer multiple extensions from a single phone while still being able to tell which extension the caller dialed.For example, if you create an extension for "Sales" and another for "Support", you'll know which option the caller dialed before you answer the call.
Call Whisper
Call whisper prompts your callers to say their name before we connect the call. For example:"To tell your party who's calling, please say your name after the tone and press any key when finished."
Then when you pick up the phone, you will hear a recording that says:
"You have a call from John Smith, dial any key to accept this call."
You can then choose to take the call or send the caller to voicemail where they can leave you a message.
Caller ID Announce
Caller ID announce plays back the caller's phone number before you're connected.When we forward you a call, we automatically pass the caller id. If your phone isn't caller id equipped, we can announce the caller's telephone number to help you screen calls from phone numbers you recognize, or to get the caller back on the line if they get disconnected for any reason.
Call Hunting
Each extension on your Freedom800® system can be configured to forward calls to one or more telephone numbers. Whether you or your staff is at home, in the office, or on the road, your Freedom800® virtual phone system can automatically try each forwarding number to make the connection.Configure calls to ring multiple numbers simultaneously, sequentially or by group. Grouping numbers helps you organize by department or role. For example, create a sales group to distribute sales calls simultaneously and a support group to distribute support calls sequentially.

Email Delivery
Have your voicemail messages and faxes delivered to one or multiple email addresses. Voicemails are converted to WAV or MP3 audio files and sent via email. All voicemails and faxes are stored for a maximum of 90 days, irrespective of the number of messages.You can save messages online or download messages to your computer and archive them for as long as you like. Outbound Recording
