After-Hours Greeting
After-hours greeting lets your callers know when you're not in the office. Have a separate greeting play before your main menu greeting after your operating hours. This will give your callers the confidence that you will get back in touch with them as soon as possible during working hours. Callers can still navigate throughout your system, listening to product information, requesting "Fax Back" documents, go through your "Automated Order Taking" and more but they will know not to expect a live person or get a call back until next business day.
