CLI Announce
Used in conjunction with follow me live call transfer this enables the system to automatically announce the originating phone number before it is connected.
The following is how the system would announce when placed under the listed conditions:
- No other call forwarding features enabled - "You have a call from xxx-xxx-xxxx, press any key to accept this call"
- With Call Whisper enabled - "You have a call from "Bob" xxx-xxx-xxxx, press any key to accept this call"
- With Call Announce enabled - "You have a call for "sales" from xxx-xxx-xxxx, press any key to accept this call"
- With Call Announce and Call Whisper enabled - "You have a call for "sales" from "bob" xxx-xxx-xxxx, press any key to accept this call"
This enhancement can be applied system-wide or to individual mailboxes.
