The Ultimate Sales Tool (UST), also known as Voice-on-Demand, allows you to create an unlimited number of extensions for informational recordings and fax-on-demand documents. It's a great way to inform your callers about products, services and just about anything else you can think of, automatically. Create an unlimited number of recordings and/or menus under the keys 1-4 from the main menu and it's elegant design makes it easy to set up and maintain.
Summary:
Unlimited outgoing recordings and/or menus. Each recording or menu can have an attached fax (if you have the Fax-on-Demand option). In each recording give your caller the choice of:
- Hear sub recordings or menus
- Receive a fax
- Speak to someone live
- Or leave a message
