Hold Feature
You can dial the star (*) key at anytime while talking to a caller live. This will put your caller on-hold with music. Once you're ready to take the call back, you simply dial the star (*) key to reconnect!
Works with any touch-tone phone so there is no need for any special equipment to use this feature. Imagine being able to place a customer on-hold with music directly from your home or cell phone!
