How is my service billed? Monthly to your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
What if I go over my monthly included minutes? You'll be charged per minute at the overage rate for the plan you're subscribed to.
Do unused minutes rollover? No. Unused minutes expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Can I forward calls Internationally? Yes, we can forward calls anywhere in the world. Additional International forwarding rates may apply. See our International rates to learn more.
Are there any fees or taxes? Yes. We're in regulatory compliance with the FCC and other government agencies to collect applicable fees and taxes. For more on these fees, click here.
Are there any contracts? No, it's month to month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. During free trial cancel anytime.
Can I upgrade plans at anytime? Yes. You can upgrade (or downgrade) your plan anytime. The new plan will go into effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Can I check my minute usage during the month? Yes. We provide full call reporting which includes a total of your monthly minutes.
Are minutes used when calls are forwarded? Yes. If a caller dials your local number, minutes are incurred when we forward calls out to you. If a caller dials your toll-free number, minutes are incurred for the entire duration of a call.

Toll-Free Numbers
Toll-free numbers can handle an unlimited number of simultaneous calls so caller's will never get a busy signal. All calls connected to your toll-free number will count against your included calling plan minutes for the entire duration of the call. Forwarding a call doesn't release the caller from the toll-free number.

Local Numbers
Local numbers are capable of 2 simultaneous calls at any one time. If two callers are simultaneously connected, the third caller would receive a busy signal. Inbound calls to our virtual local numbers do not count against your included calling plan minutes. If the call is connected with call forwarding, only the time spent connected is counted against your included minutes.

Included monthly minutes apply to calls to/from the U.S. (includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands).
