Toll Free Number Transfer Process
In order to transfer your existing number to us, we need you to first establish an account with us. Once your account is activated, you'll receive a number transfer form to begin the transfer. Once you send us the completed form, we'll contact your current carrier and take care of the transfer details for you. This process typically takes 3-5 business days to complete. Once complete, we'll notify you via email.
When creating your account, we'll automatically assign you a toll-free test number for you to use to setup your service while the transfer is processing. This makes the switch seamless to your callers.

Tips to Expedite Your Transfer
Here are 3 tips that can help you avoid common pitfalls and make the transfer of your toll free number as smooth as possible:
- Make sure you don't have an outstanding balance with your current carrier. Any unpaid invoices, even if under dispute, are grounds for the current carrier to reject the transfer request.
- Make sure the information you provide on your transfer form is identical to what the current carrier has on file. If any piece information that doesn't match, this is grounds for the current carrier to reject the transfer request causing us to start over with a new, accurate form.
- Do NOT cancel your service with the number's current carrier until confirmed your toll free number has been successfully transferred and is working. If you cancel the number before the transfer goes through, this is grounds for the current carrier to reject the transfer request indefinitely.
