How much is it to add outbound phone service?
Our digital outbound phone service is $29.95 per month + tax 'per seat'. A seat is either a digital desk phone or softphone (sold separately) that is registered to our digital phone network. Each seat includes it's own local phone number with unlimited local inbound and outbound dialing anywhere in the US and/or Canada.
Each account includes 300 minutes per billing period with additional minutes costing 3.9¢ per minute. Minutes accrue when a caller is connected to your toll free number (for the entire duration of the call) or when calls directly to a seat are forwarded to an external phone number. Included minutes are shared by all seats and/or phone numbers on an account.
