What phones does the Freedom800® outbound phone service support?
Freedom800® supports the following desktop phones and softphones:
Polycom Desk Phones: CounterPath Softphones:
For softphones, either the X-Lite or Bria application can be activated per seat. You can however choose to use a softphone as a 'clone' of a hard desk phone. The clone or twinning uses the same extension and phone number of the desk phone and does not cost anything additional per month.
