How do I cancel my Freedom800® account?
There are two ways to cancel your service:
- Log into your Freedom800® account online, mouse over the "Support" tab and choose "Ticketing". Click the "Create New Ticket" button and fill out the form. Our support team will contact you to confirm that your account has been cancelled.
- If you prefer to cancel over the phone, please call our support team. We'll ask you to verify your account number and billing information to process your cancellation request.
