Immediate Call Forwarding
If you choose to have your toll free number immediately forward to another number, your callers will hear ring tones as we dial your forwarding number.When you answer, our system can announce that you have a call from your toll free number allowing you to distinguish between calls from your toll free number and those coming in directly to your phone. You can also configure the days and times when calls should be forwarded.
If you don't answer, if it's during your do not disturb time or if your personal voicemail picks up, you can have our system either try another forwarding number or send the caller to voicemail hosted on our service.
Hosted 800 Voicemail
If you choose to have your toll free number setup as hosted voicemail system, your callers will immediately hear a custom voicemail greeting you record and then have the option to leave a message.Your toll free number comes with an unlimited call capacity so no matter how many callers are connected, no one will ever get a busy signal.
When a new voice message is left, you have several notification options. We can notify you via email, text message or by calling you wherever you are so you can review the message. Emails can either be a simple notification or include the voicemail as an audio attachment. Notifications also include the date/time of the call as well as the caller's telephone number.
