Can I use my existing toll free number?
Yes, you can transfer your existing toll free number to us. The process is simple. First sign up for an account with us, then fill out our toll free number transfer form that we'll provide to you after you sign up. We'll then act on your behalf and contact your current service provider and handle all the details.

Can I request a specific toll free number?
Yes. Use our free vanity search tool to locate and reserve a vanity toll free number. This search tool allows you to query the national database of available toll free numbers as often as you'd like at no charge. Vanity numbers take 1-3 days to activate so you'll be issued a temporary toll free number while we secure your vanity request.
Do unused minutes rollover?
No. Unused minutes expire at the end of each billing cycle.
