What if I go over my monthly included minutes?
You'll be charged per minute at the overage rate for the plan you're subscribed to.
Do unused minutes rollover?
No. Unused minutes expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Can I check my minute usage during the month?
Yes. We provide full call reporting which includes a total of your monthly minutes.
Can I forward calls Internationally?
Yes, we can forward calls anywhere in the world. International forwarding rates differ from country to country and may require an additional deposit to activate. See our International rates to learn more.
Are minutes used when calls are forwarded?
Yes. You can't release a caller from a toll free at any point during the call thus minutes are incurred for the entire duration of a call. Regardless of how we route the calls to connect with you, your caller's are expecting to be connected to that toll free number until then hang up.
